update: put it on the lift to change out my wheels to winter mode and the right rear rotor is noisy when I turn it. I sprayed brake cleaner on it and put it back in our lot cause I'm driving a company car for the week

So ... what did the spray do?

Did you get the noise out? It could be dirt in there. Did you check the dust shield behind the rotor to make sure it wasn't touching anything?

Like tukani said, put it back on lift when you get a chance and make sure it's not the dust shield scraping, this caused a pretty annoying sound on my car which was also drowned out at speed. You might also try driving it slowly with the windows down close to a building, the noise should be more apparent and could help you narrow things down.

just incase anyone was wondering, it was a warped rotor...rear brakes changed this weekend and noise is gone!
