I could possibly piece together a disc kit from rock auto
Would that work I mean it looks like they have rear rotors I'd need calipers hoses dust shield and what else?

it looks like rock auto has everything from the 06 st that'd i'd need and these are all new parts.

You'll need caliper brackets, bolts, e brake cable, hub with bearing

I don't see a spindle available on there. The spindle has the caliper bracket on it.
