Bigger isn't always better and 2.5 might be optimum for that setup.

Stock is 2.5". Most aftermarket (FSWerks, Borla, Magnaflow) are offering 3". They just missed the boat.

This! But I'm pretty sure buschur sells their catless downpipe seperate from the exhaust. So 3" catless DP + 3" FSWerks catback would probably = awesomeness!

I dynoed my Eclipse and with a +1 size turbo up from stock I had a 2.5" turbo back setup and I swapped over to a full 3" and saw zero gains til I went up another size turbo and was pushing near 400 at the crank and then the 3" size was actually worth it.
