In my experience, if Steve has the parts in stock, they are shipped the day of the order. Unless, of course, they are ordered at 5 pm.
The only difficulty I have with Tousley is that they only have one Steve, and he occasionally has other customers to satisfy! |

^This^ I went to my local neighborhood Ford dealer for a part and they wanted to charge me $80.00 MORE than what Tousley charges. Tousely is top notch when it comes to their pricing. For those who also ride a Harley-Davidson, I've found the same kind of deal through Chicago H-D. They will beat anybody's prices and come out way cheaper even after factoring in shipping (in most cases). So as far as I'm concerend, Tousley Ford will get ALL of my business when it comes to parts. |

I thought I had a problem with Tousley. My order didn't ship for a while.
Turns out, my CC company shut off my card and didn't let me know.

I ordered a FRPP kit (Struts, shocks, and springs) from them on December 26. Shipped on the 27th. Didn’t get to me until January 2nd not because of Tousley but because of UPS.

Steve was great when I was ordering parts for my Focus; he helped me track down part numbers so I could retrofit the ST struts to my Focus when I was the first to do such a thing.
And when I discovered that the rear shocks were too short, he took the rear shocks back without a hitch. Never had any issues with shipping either.
