R&R front powerdoor lock actuator

2007 Focus SES. I was told the actuator, which apparently includes the latch assembly needs to be replaced. Garage wants $325+ for part and labor of which $200 is for the part. I would like to do it myself if possible. I am pretty good with tools and have the time. I just have to locate the part and any special tools (if needed). Can anyone tell me the degree of difficulty of doing this and who might I get the part from? I don't want to bite off more than I can chew but would like to save a hunk of money if possible. ALSO I would like to disable the auto locking feature that locks the doors when the car begins to move. That will reduce the wear and tear and hopefully the other actuators will last longer.
