Need A plan price on an ST2 details inside.

My dad is looking to get rid of his car for a new ST like now... His 2002 ZX5 is just having mechanical issues left and right now that he has crossed over 200k miles.

Anyways, we all qualify for the A-plan since my mom works for Ford. I bought my SEL using it.

He wants an ST2, blue with the blue inserts on the recaro seats, no moonroof.

What is the price range he can expect to see with an ST in those specs.?

Also, he is considering an ST3, what would he expect from an ST3 as well?

The dealership where I got my car right now only has a Race Red ST2 on hand, just sold a Tangerine Scream one earlier before New Years. To get A-plan pricing, (or any other discounts/rebates), does he have to purchase off the lot vehicles or can he order one to specs if none are in a nearby dealer radius?
