I'm in the UK, and HID headlamps are £686.40 each without bulbs or ballasts, so I'll guess that will be the same on the European Parts website.
Ballasts are £180.98 each and HID bulbs are £145.68 each.
I doubt they will be plug and play in a car with standard halogen lighting.
