Is it possible to run an aluminum flywheel and stock clutch?

They have those too. The CF clutch comes by it's self and there are others. I did the same thing, though I sold my clutch I had sitting to go with the flywheel I also had sitting. I bought both of them separately.

I checked there is a link for flywheel alone for the 05-07 Dtecs, but not the 08-11. I do not know why. I would call CFM and ask why. I do not know of any difference between that Duratec and later Dtecs. It might be that they simply have not updated their information for 7 years- I don't know.

Just call and ask dude. There should be no difference- same transmission, same engine, and I'm like 99% certain that the things we can't see from the outside changed.
