AppLink Available on 2013

I bought a 2013 Ford Focus with MFT a week ago, will it have Applink in it or is there still a wait to get it?

Because I am having issues with Pandora on Android and was hoping this might fix my issues

I have a 2013 SE with the basic Sync system (no MFT) and I have AppLink. It works great with Pandora and iHEARTradio MOST of the time. I use an android phone also. It seems like the BT disconnects randomly after some time. I don't think it's an issue with the apps or Sync. It happened in my Mazda also, and it happens with other apps I use (stock music app & podcast app).

To check for updates, ctvfam, log in to your SYNC account and click on the SYNC UPDATES tab.

As updates are released, announcements are made in our Owner to Owner forum:

Congrats on your new Focus, Grifftech2K13!

AppLink is not currently available on vehicles equipped with MyFord Touch. Our engineers are working to expand this feature, but I can't speculate on timing. What's going on with Pandora? Are you connected via USB or streaming Bluetooth audio?

That's great, but they left us with the sync G1 system and no software updates to add this compatibility even if they build it into new models, so its a bit of a farse at this point.

MFT which when it doesn't work gets all the attention but the issues with the original sync system don't get fixed for existing customers, nor do they get the fixes and updates rolled out in production. Not via SMR, and not via the dealers, so what gives?

What I am running into with my Galaxy Note 2 is when I use Pandora via Bluetooth I can hear the music fine, but the screen is not displaying the title and such for the song that is playing. It actually displays the last song that was played through Google Music or any other player on my Android phone.

I have gone as far as to disable all music players and clear cache and reinstall Pandora but the screen still displays the last song that I played on Google Music.

If I connect my iPhone 5 via Bluetooth and play through Pandora the proper title is displayed.

I am befuddled :(

Also don't get me started on connecting via USB, the dang car only recognizes the built in memory on the phone and not the 64GB microSD I added to the card so I could put all my music etc on it.
