New Vendor for the Coolant and Power steering Reseviors
Okay guys I need your help. I have been e-mailing Canton Racing products about our issues with getting these two items made out of aluminum. They are willing to step up and take on the challange. They know a large sale potential when they see one. I just need someone to send me and old coolant reservoir so I can send it to them, I have the power steering unit. It does not need to be perfect just whole. They are very serious about the opportunity.
Thanks - blackcervini

It's just not a high volume potential, honestly.
Ask CFM how long they sat on their last order of Bailey PS and coolant tanks. :( |

Different situation, the Bailey's stuff was simpily overpriced. The thing about Canton products are the simplicity of design and making a functional product. It is easy to make them show quality using your own imagination. Visit their website and take a look.

While Canton can make some nice stuff I have to agree that its not a high volume potential. Other than the fact you could have these painted or polished to a high shine for show purposes I don't see much need. Of course maybe some of your hardcore racers may want but that is iffy at best. Otherwise what's the point in replacing perfectly working parts? Good luck.

X2. After looking at website it becomes obvious their parts will be overpriced in comparison to stock parts also.
There really is no issue with PS reservoir, they last forever........... |

Usually, fabricating custom replacement parts is done as needed.
I don't see what is driving this. Neither one is failure prone, unavailable, expensive, bulky, heavy... |

I've seen that incompetence can break the rad reservoir nipples pretty easy..............the caps strip kinda easy too, at least the earliest ones.
