Mine was $220 out the door and that included 15% on the sunroof too.

Mine was kind of expensive, but the windshield was the most expensive single piece of glass, the rest was less than 300 for the shop's higher end film but the windshield alone was nearly half that again, which seems like quite a lot when you think about it, but it was my birthday present to myself this year, well that and the car itself, but she arrived a tad early.

Not without removing it and putting a different tint on instead, so you'll want to see at least a sample held against the windows or at least a demonstration window at the very least.
If the tint is removed there is a chance the film will be damaged in the process of removing it.

Yes, it can be taken off with soapy water and a razor blade.

I did 35% on my windshield and, its right about perfect for a car that gets driven at night. I was right around $220 as well when I had every piece of glass done on my car. |

I'd worry about going with 30-35% on the front windshield at night as sometimes its borderline too dark to wear the sunglasses at night with the 50% tint, when it was never an issue at the factory tint level.

I'd like to do the windshield but around here it's likely you'll be replacing your windshield every couple of years (winter and sand on the roads really pits a windscreen around here) but so far the Focus has seen very minimal snow driving.

The Focus on the other hand, its cooler in the summer by a HUGE difference, you can see out of it in the middle of a sunny day with out issue and, night driving isn't bad at all. |
