Sounds good.

Some suggestions but I work in this area so its about all i know for sure location wise in albuquerque (for the most part) <-- disclaimer right there.

Weck's on Osuna and I-25,
Vick's Daily Cafe down Osuna off I-25 just passed the 3 stop light,
Villiage Inn up San Mateo a couple blocks East from I-25,
Denny's at San Antonio and East off I-25,
IHOP on Menaul just west of I-25
