While you are helping (in a way) there isnt a need to add to a post when information is already given. In this case the OP did do a search and didnt find anything. While this wasn't known in the OP we can usually assume that a member with almost 500 posts knows how to use the search button. Where a member with 5 might need some direction.

I wired in an auto-dimming mirror with the home link built in. Used the existing mirror tab stuck to the windscreen. A bit of fiddling to get the right wires from the sunroof connector. Need an acc and a permanent live plus the ground.
Not blinded now by truck headlights from behind at traffic lights.

The ST1 I'm planning to buy doesn't have a sunroof, so I think I might be better off getting the sun visor. Much rather have the mirror, but as I'm finding out...you can't have everything!

Had the windows tinted, really helped with that issue.
