Front bumper question

I seem this on eBay is this like a rs front end? I know that a real rs front end has a wider stance and you would need rs fenders but is it a look alike? My svt needs a front bumper and I thought this would look different but not out of fast and furious

Thats the ED bumper, but they are still branding it with the RS and F2 bumper pics. there are many things not right in the picture as to what you will get
