Honestly, the wheels just don't fit the car.

It needs to be lower, by about 5 inches.

The tires need to be 195/40s not 195/60s

And Wobb is right, there's a reason you don't see many cars done like that. It's because it just doesn't look good.

I hope I'm not the only one who knows that this look was already done years ago. They were called low riders. And those cars were actually useful; not scared of speed bumps, driveway entrances, a handful of feathers that might weigh-down the rear of the car too much that the frame starts dragging . I hated the "Fast and the Furious" look, and was happy that finally left; now I can't wait for this trend to be done. God, I feel like an old man.
I can only hope people don't start following the rally-look because that's what I hope to accomplish. (No, a Monster Energy drink sticker will not be on my car, nor DC shoes)

Actually it came from Europe and it was before "lowriders" ever became popular. The earliest i have found is the late 70's. it served a purpose for getting around rules and regulations on tire fitment. it was NEVER about crazy camber either.

There things that look good and things that dont...lots of personal opinion between the two. The extreme that people do, such as Lajtung posted, i am surprised those cars can even roll.

A nice car is a nice car and i can respect the work people put into it

Lowriders pre date the late 70's by several decades.

yes lowriders have been around since the 30's. They have not been main stream popular until the 80's.

dunno what's "mainstream".

Ask 50's Hot Rodders, or how about Cheech & Chong from the 70's. Never see a LOT of them around except for special times & locations.

I don't think of them as "stanced' myself.
