If any of you know what t taps are DON'T USE THEM ON HIDS
I just got done completely omitting the t taps my hids where giving me issues with flickering and sometimes shutting off completely to the point where I had to go up front and physically hit it with my hand to get it to turn back on. I just just the headlight harness and twisted them together for now and taped them. I also switched the ballasts for a new set that I got from ddm and hadn't installed yes and I already see the difference in intensity. They are are the smaller more rugged raptor slim line ballasts from ddm.

I don't use any of that connector garbage for anything. I solder EVERYTHING.
I will admit sometimes I cut the red/blue/yellow plastic off the butt connectors, connect the wires so they stay together and solder over the whole thing followed by heat shrink tube :p |
