Got the Eboost2 installed and wired up. this is how i have the vac lines to the solenoid hooked up.
![]() Port 1 vents to atmosphere Port 2 goes to the bottom port of the WG Port 3 goes to a boost pressure source which is my vac manifold block. This is also where i get my signal to the controller itself. I set everything to zero which should get me gate pressure which was @12 psi on the old setup with xs manual boost controller all the way closed. I hit @16 psi while out testing it so i'm not sure what's going on. Next i will run it with no controller installed to see what my actual gate pressure is. So anyone else out there using the Eboost2 have any input? ![]() ![]()

looks like im ok with install of the eboost2. i ran a line straight to the wastegate bypassing the solenoid and i get 16psi. looks like the turboxs was only letting me hit 12psi with it all the way shut. not sure why though. i tested the wastegate and the line that goes to it with my mightyvac tester and it's not leaking so the diaphram in the wasteggate is good. so i set the gate pressure to 12psi and the eboost2 is working like it should. so back to tuning.

Hey Corey, I had my E-Boost hooked up like you did once. There are a few different ways to run the vacuum hoses. IIRC hooking up the port # 3 to a boost only connection got me the most adjustability. Here is a link to a pic of mine. Port #3 runs to the charge pipe in the rubber reducer , just above the positive battery post. The controller is on the fire wall next to the master cyl.
Also check out Turbo Smarts web site. It shows you all the different ways to hook it up. Here is the link to Their instructions and downloads. Scroll down to boost controllers electronic-- either of the ones that say complete guide. http://www.turbosmartusa.com/instructions-downloads |

Problem ended up being the wastegate is now too small and doesn't flow enough, time to upgrade to a larger 45mm unit.
