2011 Ford Focus -Starting the Car

Hello,

I'm interested in purchasing a 2011 Ford Focus SE Certified PreOwned Car with 19600 miles on it. When I test drove the car I noticed when I put the key in the ignition and started the car up the car had a jolty shake to it. Is this normal in Ford Focuses? I'm wondering if its worth purchasing.

Thanks
