3D Carbon kit, finally!

Got my 3D carbon kit painted the past week and finally got up to the shop to install it. It took me and the body guy 1.5 hours from start to finish to install all 4 pieces. Including prepping the surface of the car and pieces, putting the tape primer on, putting the tape on and putting them on the car followed by the screws.

Quick review on the kit. The body shop guys said this is hands down the best kit they have ever seen for both quality and fit and I think the same. Everything went wicked smooth and fit PERFECT, it was almost like if the tape wasn't there the pieces would snap right onto the body lines of the car.

Before: Boring focus

After:

I love the back end, it looks so good!

Next up will be getting my foglights vinyled up with some yellow like I used to have because I have my 4300k headlights and 3000k Fogs back in.

Man I'm jelly. Where'd you get the kit from? Been wanting one for quite a while, just can never muster up the money.

Also, the tails look better in the after pictures too. Take some tint off? Looks much better.

No actually it's just in the sunlight as opposed to the opposite way lol.

I got the kit from AutoAnything for $442 shipped.

My mom is buying my gma a Red SES for christmas, she said I can take whatever I want off it. So I am going to take the paint off these and take the SES ones so I can see when I backup again!

I also get the SES rims as winter tires and my Konigs as summer tires!
I might put those rims on for a few more weeks to see how it looks with the kit.
They are shown here.

I like the chrome in the front, besides I just retrofitted my second set of headlights. I am not going to give these ones up! :P

Looks great. I'm pretty fond of the rear bumper myself too, but I almost like the unpainted diffuser section better to kinda break up the rear end. Also, for $442 that's a killer deal, I thought these things were over 1k a year or 2 ago.

you should have painted the middle part of the rear part black instead of the blue would make it stand out so much more... i have just the skirts on mine and i love them really changes the look of the whole car... i was set up to buy a front and rear from a member but he sold his focus and doesnt come on here any more... oh welll always on the look out for 3d carbon... only problem with the kit is if you decide to go coilovers cuz then you will be really low
