All cylinders can drop the a valve seat number 4 is the usual one it is the last cylinder in the cooling line it runs hotter. Mine did it at 148,000 miles replaced pistons, rings, rod bearings and a remaned head cost $500 bucks. Runs good only problem now is it use to much oil got to figure that out.
