Search amazon/Google for gentek. I think they make mirrors for most companies. They have multiple types and you can pick your favorite.
The installation has been covered in another thread. On my Phone so I can't help with the search. I ordered the mirror from Amazon and paid $75 at the local best buy for installation. It was still cheaper than getting it added as a dealer option. For some reason, the dealer said they couldn't do it even though Ford.Com had it as an option,so it worked out better for me.
