The meet and greet will start around 6:00 on Friday night. I've seen a couple caravans that appear to be arriving as early as 3:00. I would say anytime late afternoon on Friday would be a good bet. Friday will be very casual.

...edit: didn't realize I had the window open for quite as long as I did. Kip beat be to it.

the track is in east stl and we will be fine there. it's pretty easy to get out of there and past the bad areas and back to the hotel area. fiarview heights where the hotel is at is actually a pretty nice area with no issues. shouldn't be any safety concerns at the hotel and around there.
