Z-Plan Pricing -- Bottom Dollar?

Hello: Looking for a bit of guidance on my first Focus purchase.

I am z-plan qualified.

My local dealer gave me the following quote on a 2013 Focus Titanium with Titanium Handling Package, 300A equipment standard, black on black. I did not opt for the moonroof nor Navigation (just the MyFord touch that comes with 300A).

MSRP: 24675
DLR INV: 23371
Z-PLAN: 22539
REBATES: 2895

MY COST: 19644 (doesn't include tax or tags).

My zip code is 18925

Is that the best deal I can expect?
