Yes, it appears that it is down.
Funny thing is, it is rejecting "valid" credentials.

"Our system has experienced an error. Please try again."

Ford Owner Site is down too.
Maybe Michigan, now as a "Right To Work State", is striking on all fronts...
Or maybe 'Anonymous' is anti-Union and DDOSing the Ford websites.

Was having issues yesterday afternoon, but I was able to log-on last evening without any issues.

I can however confirm that the "auto" window control has moved from the front to the rear door windows. WTF is up with that?

All four windows should be one touch. When I picked up my car this feature wasn't working on one of my rear windows. It was an easy fix to reset.

-Hold button down until window is all the way down and keep holding the button down for 3 seconds then immediately continue with next step
-Hold button up until window is closed and continue holding button up for 3 seconds

I've gotta say, I'm currently running 3.2.2 and thus far since I've had my car, I haven't had any issues with anything MFT related. So, I believe I'm going to leave well enough alone and just wait until (hopefully) Ford releases AppLink for it. Then I'll update, unless something cosmic comes out in a new release before then.

Smart move; 3.5.1 has issues.

I had 3.5.1 installed prior to delivery about 1 month ago, so I have no experience with prior versions. However, everything seems to work well. I'm still learning how to make the functionality benefit me; yesterday found the short method of making calls and changing radio stations, thanks to the posters here for that. Going through the 3 step process (i.e., radio, sirius, watecolours) was a pain.

They ALL have issues. 3.5.1 definitely seems to have remedied a lot of them. Sure issues are still present but the system seems (I'll venture to say unanimously here) more responsive and more stable overall compared to the last two releases.

Anyone know what this means? Found it on the FordEtis website when I put in my VIN. Does that just mean 3.5.1? Cause I already have that installed.

Yes, that's the official 3.5.1 upgrade all dealers shall perform when they have it in for other service.

I'm with T-Mo and they offer the Lumia 810 and this htc device. I went with the htc as it was a bit smaller, ulitilzed the space for the screen better and a lot thinner. The Nokia looked like a small tablet to me (okay if that's what you're looking for).
