Hood options
I'm thinkning that if taxs are enough it's time for some cosmetic updating. I was thining the hood would make the biggest impact. So I was wondering what the community thought.
Should I:
A. Get a scoop like a Roush or Saleen.


B. 2010 GT500 cowl. (saw one a while back on here, looked pretty good)

C. GT Concept Hood

D. Other, please expand on this one.


I guess I can't make a poll, so you'll all just have to make this a discussion thread

Not a fan of any of those and how you would make the Mustang cowl work

If you must go aftermarket, get an OEM CF one and color match the sides and clear the center

A quick change up would be to wrap it using 3M's 1080 faux c/f wrap. Pass on that hood scoop stuff also.

If you could find either one I'd go with the Cervinis Mach 5 or the uber rare Focus Central ram air hood

Those hoods would be the best option, however he has the 1.5 gen with SAP, so finding a rare or nice-looking hood is almost impossible(unless custom fabbed or just goes with the CF)

Damn, I could of had that mach 5 for $50:( I shoulda bought it when I seen it

Don't like any of the options in the first post. Being an 05-07 with fewer options I say wrap it. You could do a full or partial cf wrap or another color besides the cf look. Would be cheaper and easily undone.
