I cannot believe this, funny... lol
This is banned in my country. You can only have some other plate in your windshield, that's it. If your plates are dirty you get a ticket around 200$, if you alter them in any way police take the plates away, and you get a big ticket.
Also if you have an accident, police does not just take a photo, they take your plates away and give it back to you after your car is repaired, technically reviewed and ticked paid.
