P0135
Anyone come across this before. I checked the fuse #18 under the hood and it is good. O2 sensors (there seem to be two bank ones) are new but that doesnt mean one cant be bad. Any thoughts by anyone or has anyone had this problem before?

po135 is your upstream o2 senser not going to closed loop, or not going to closed loop fast enough. You put a new one in, ok Is to the right one? & right part?

Only mod on the car is CAI (AEM) and cat back exhaust stock diameter. Did find a broken hose on the runner and fixed it but car still a little jerky and running rich. So I just ordered two new upstream O2 sensors and will just replace both, clear codes and see what happens. Also checked the air straitener on the MAF tube and cleaned the MAF. Car has new coils, wires, plugs, and will have all new O2 sensors (again).

Ok read codes again and this time no PO135, instead I have a 107 (barometric pressure sensor low), a 122 (TPS Circuit low) and a 190 (Fuel Rail Circuit something or ruther) Now these are all pending. Any thoughts. MAP sensor bad? Cleared codes again and keep getting a P0122. So I am thinking still could be the MAP sensor but also the TPS sensor. O2 sensors are fine and working. Bought a FC throttle body online and a new TPS will see if that fixes the problems, along with a new MAP and MAF sensor. The car has a butt load of miles on it 180K+ and I only spent like $750 buying it so it wont hurt to replace most of the important sensors anyway. When is the radiator fluid recommended to be replaced. I should probably do that too! And a new fuel filter.
By the way anyone know where the MAP sensor is located on the 2.3?? Last edited by focusmachnone; 11-26-2012 at 06:28 PM. |
