You can't do it with a lift. The svt cat if huge. The flex pipe won't bend enough to fit coming out forward. The good thing is at least you only have to worry about the two bolts connecting the flex. The cat section itself has studs. I used a swivel extension with a 14 or 15 mm socket and a long ratchet. If you can get heat up there, even better. Like a small handheld torch.

When my cfm hfc failed I tried to get the hfc and flex out together thinking I could save time. I ended up using a sawzall to cut the hfc near the rack and pulled it out towards the rear of the car.
