I've bought tires, SVT rear brakes, roof spoiler, custom leather interior pieces, subwoofer/speakers, and FRPP suspension which alltogether comes out to about $1000.

If you spend $1000 on OE headlights and a grille you are straight up stupid. THEN Getting a $20 HID kit is just adding insult to injury.

$1k to keep your ride going, well, that happens. Keeping a car running can get expensive. But my kids will be saving money for college.

I bought : Magnaflow 2,25'' flexback, SVT seats, steeda SRI, Altezza Euro tails, JSP spoiler, dash trims and full of other custom things I did and it cost me around 2000$. Even if youre young or not.. If you work for it and it,s one of your passions ..why not ?

I had the choice to buy a 9000$ focus and a 6100$ one, had 9K$ budget... I took the 6100$ one (my 05 SES) because I knew I was going to mod it ;)

The OP learned from his mistake but eh he can modd his ride even if he is young eheh :)
