Windshield Wiper Slap

Folks;

On my '13 TI, I notice the passenger side wiper contacts the top edge of the windshield trim when activated and at the top of the cycle. It happens always when moving and occasionally when stopped. Have the car at the stealership now and they report not seeing the same problem. Likely because the car is not moving. 2 mechanics and the salesman stuck their finger at the edge of the windshield and trim while the wiper operates and didnt get pinched. Anyone have the same issue? Is it fixable? The slapping is annoying at the very least.

Noticed the same thing on my wife's 2012 tonight. I will have to look closer at it in the daylight.

I've noticed a slapping a few times, never bothered to look at it. If it is touching the top trim, just go -1 on the wiper blade.
