Need Some Tuning Help
Hey guys,
I've got an '02 SVT with 34k on a rebuilt motor. The only mods I have are Magnaflow cat-back and (soon) AEM CAI. I'm looking for a tune because I can't afford a turbo right now. Now, a buddy of mine has a SCT Livewire for his Focus. Its a 04-07. Not sure what year exactly. He has offered to use his SCT to tune my SVT. Should I use his SCT or buy one with Tom's Tune? I believe he got his from FSWerks. |

If he is using the livewire on one of his cars he cannot tune your car atr the same time he is tuning anohter , the SCT devices lock to the VIN # and only allows a flasher to tune one car at a time Tom

also if the xcal from your buddys car is married to that car, then it CANT be tuned fo your car, its programd to his ecu code
