SVT Header

May be a stupid question, but as I'm looking through SVT headers for sale, all I'm seeing are '02 through '04 applications. I understand that's the year they were made, but it should still fit (with modifications detailed in the how-to) to my '01 zetec, yes?

it'll fit, 02 through 04 was the when the svt was made that's why its listed that way. Oh and you need a cat and flex pipe to.

I just bought this JBA Long Tube header set and it was very nice. Massive Speed told me it makes 5-6rwhp more than the factory SVT header.

I have the SVT header with a custom aftermarket cat. That was a big mistake. Definitely buy the SVT flex and cat pipe. I bottomed out on my cat and destroyed it.

That is what I was wondering - staying with the SVT header and the stock flex pipe / cat assembly might be the wiser path...

I had an R/T Hi-flow cat & didn't have any issues with it. Doubt they still make'em though. A SVT Header will fit any Focus with 2.0 Zetec which were only made from 2000-04.
