I am willing to buy it for the asking price if you can show a pic confirming that it isn't all rusted under that wrap. Wrap will do that and being coated doesn't matter if it is steel and not stainless.

just unwrapped the bottem 10 inches of it and no rust only some of the coating is flaking off... just waiting to upload pictures.. the wrap is very dry and may want to be redone but still works when on the header
