My questions are:
ADAMDV5 your headlamps are xenon? or is normal halogen lamp with projector. Is this available for europe?, where can buy it?

Someone knows if i could "plug and play" the bixenon headlights on a normal focus without bixenon?

thanks!
All U.S. models with the exception of the ST3 and Electric use the standard halogen bulbs with a refelector the same as your car, only most have the aluminum housings rather than the black housings, only the Titanium had gotten those in 2012. The ST3 and electric use the HID housings, bulbs and ballasts.

People have converted their cars using aftermarket hid bulbs but in the stock reflector housings, this is not recommended as its generally not legal in places where they have vehicle inspections.

No the U.S. does not require washer assemblies for your headlamps.

The only factory HID projector housings are over $2000 each as a service part in the U.S. so its not a good idea to look here for them, hence why people do their own retrofits either with these kits or by breaking their headlamp housings to mount projectors inside.

There are currently no aftermarket housing assemblies with projectors available in the U.S. This is why I linked to the hid kits as well as http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=292484 which was one Americans retrofit of projectors into the MK3 housing.

Yeah definitely Chinglish, and these are just cheap projector housing knock offs, not the actual HID housing assemblies that are safe to use necessarily. They also look rather poor quality to me, but at least they look like 2012+ model ones this time instead of being for the 2005-2011 MKII euro model, however they only use H7/H1 bulbs not the same as come with the car from the factory, etc....

I figured I'd post since it popped up and I remembered this thread. But if they're not good quality, and they're that expensive, not worth it.

With my experiences with cheap aftermarket projector headlights on other vehicles, I would NEVER suggest anyone spend the money on them, especially if they don't even use factory bulbs. Those are usually the worst I've found.
