Misery loves... more Focus repair work?

Hello everyone. I have a feeling I'll be visiting this site a lot for the next month. Why? My wife's 2003 SPI sedan did what the 2.0 Split Ports do best, drop valve seats. Her car blew in the middle of a huge intersection and stopped traffic. Fire trucks, ambulance and the state police were all there. This happened on a Friday. After the car was towed an 1/8 mile to the local towing establishment and sat over the weekend I had to pay nearly $500 to release it. OUCH!

So over the last month I realized how ridiculously expensive and few the SPI engines are. Until I checked Craigs List and found another Focus with the Zetec 16 valve engine. This one is only a $500 Florida car with front end damage with a running engine. All the "Ford Experts" told me it would be a simple swap. I threw caution to the wind and bought it without consulting the internets. I will post some pics of the damaged 2001. So now I've got two projects to work on. Any ideas or comments would be very grateful.

Swaping in the Zetec is the best thing you can do after the SPI lets go. There is a bunch of bits of info around this forum about the sawp. I attached the best thread i could find for ya about the swap but if you do some digging in the forum you might find more.
