Mk1 Ford Focus Dust Caps

So I just had my Ford Focus repaired for the 3rd time in 6 months ... anyway, the dust caps at the rear wheels have been taken off a few times already and I think it needs replacing especially now that I'm using steel rims for my winter tyres, the bearing is exposed and a properly fitted dust cap is a must to protect it.

Are the dust caps on this model still available at ford dealers? And why don't the front wheels have dust caps on them? Can I also fit the same dust cap there?

Your local auto parts store will have the caps and no, you do not need them for the front.

Thanks! May I ask why the front wheels don't need a dust cap?

It is a totally different type of bearing setup.

Looks like it's a 2" dust cover.

Thank you. Will get new caps for the back wheels at my local ford dealer.
