It's coming off. just a cover. Hate the big chrome horse sticking out there and thought the green would look good, but its a bit too much. gonna order a black with a horse skeleton in it, should be just enough...

It is actually an air pump and fix a flat combo. The fuel funnel is also hidden in there.
The car weighs in at 3300 lbs. Instead of the mustangs usual 3500.
