Found it! Thanks Mile30. Since this thread has waaaay more people in it than the one I started, I am asking everyone if they either have or are able to get a piece of the back of the fog lamp that holds the light fixture in the bezle off of a 2000-2004 focus non svt. Here is a link for the pic of the part needed (arrow to black plastic part with the clamp)

I pulled them from a jy, thinking it might be plug n play. Idk wiring too much so im sure you can use them or the clips.

I have my several donors, the bezle electrical connectors, and a new set of fog light housings. Just need that adjustment clip and I can get this mod going for my Vic. If you can or have time whenever post a pic of the part so I can be kinda sure?

Huge request.... SVT pistons or short block. If someone sees one (almost) anywhere on the East coast, i'll drive there and pull it myself. Just point me in the direction, I get it, you get finders fee!
