Its been getting worse getting the trany into reverse. Is there something I can do to fix this? All of the other gears are working fine.

Check out the shift cables. How many miles since fluid change? Use only Motorcraft XTM5QS, Full Synthetic Manual Transmission Fluid SAE 75W-90

When my car has trouble going in reverse, I rock it forward in first, then quickly switch back to Reverse and it'll normally go from there. It has only happened a couple times, which is why I haven't tried to fix it under the hood yet.
