I went with Yakima. The store I work for, supplies Yakima and Thule racks. I decided to go with Yakima because while the pricing is rather similar to Thule, the parts are more widely found throughout the states.

If you are going to be transporting bikes, I would recommend the bike mounts that require you to remove the front wheel. They have a stronger hold on the bike and provide better aerodynamics at highway speeds.
