Question about stuck CD

My wife used the CD player for the first time on her new car. It has the MFT/Nav etc. The CD plays, but is stuck and wont eject.

We don't have time to be without the car now, but don't mind taking it to the dealer. My question is, will they be able to give it a quick fix, or will this take the typical week...

upon further investigation. I was able to get the CD out by sticking a flexible card in there and guiding it out. It appears that the Bezel for the top of the CD tray sits too low and when you hit eject the CD hits it and gets stuck. Still hoping this will be a quick fix, but I doubt it.

"If" you schedule an appointment with your dealership, I am pretty sure they could adjust the head unit bezel in a half hour. If you don't schedule expect it to be a lot longer.

You can always call your dealership and ask for an estimate on how much time it would take to make a repair like this.
