hes only about 15 minute drive from me . im slowly building a list , i wanna make sure i grab everything i want lol. n ill prolly fill my car with stuff:D

i just had an issue with my flaps and removed them on my 05 duratec. i heard loud tapping while the engine was on, thought it was valves and REALLY didnt want to go in for an adjustment. probed around with a screwdriver to the ear and didnt hear much from the head, put it on the intake runners and knew without a doubt the noise was coming from those flaps. i manually moved the actuator and the sound went away. i took the manifold off and was in awe at what happened. below is a picture and video. the small hole for the rod that attatches all the flaps together had bored out that hole so much that it moved WAY too much. took the actuator off, tried to pull the rod out with no luck, ended up breaking all the flaps off the rod then pulling it out. i plan to buy a new manifold so i wasnt too worried. put it back on and tho only ill effects are from the friggin fuel pressure sensor that i broke :(

Mine is currently rapping it's ass off. I have a new intake manifold.... I just don't have the time. Maybe I'll get it in a few months.

the only disadvantage I heard is that you'll loose low end torque and you have to have it tuned out because you'll set a cel.

ive driven about 25miles without them and no light. i dont notice much of a difference at all in performance.
