SIRIUS pricing thread

I am coming to the end of my trial subscription soon, and Sirius is stepping up their game trying to get me to renew.

About a month ago, I got the letter where if I renew now, for 3 years I get 6 months free. Monthly=$16.94.

A few days ago, I got a letter in a YELLOW envelope on YELLOW stationary offering me $14.49/month.

I've been through this process before with my 08 F150. Lower offers will come as i reach and pass the expiration of my trial period.

I am starting this thread to see HOW LOW WILL THEY GO?

Lowest I know of to date is a forum member who just renewed for $4.99/month w/o autopay.

Anyone lower?

Im paying 17.99 for the Sirius Premier Package a month plus tax so really $20.19 a month. but i choose the yr deal and they done it for $199.00 total a yr.

saves me about $43.00 a yr

vs $60/yr for just the music, which is all I listen to anyway.

sirius related question: my subscription is/should be up by now, but it appears as though I still get some channels, will this last forever if I don't renew?

Starting November 14, SiriusXM is giving inactive radios FREE access to 60 channels of commercial-free music, plus sports, news, talk and entertainment this runs from nov 14 to nov 27 after that you may loose it all unless you renew

yeah^. they do trial "gift" period every once in a while where you can get a couple weeks free.

The one thing to keep in mind is if you let it expire and shutoff, then you may have to pay an activation fee when you reactivate it in addition to the subscription price.

Your dealer was supposed to send in a card after you took delivery, telling Sirius your info and when to start your 6 month clock. Maybe that didn't happen? Have you received any correspondence from Sirius?
