That's not wear, that's just excess rubber that wasn't cut off. No worries.

That's what I suspected, since the rubber was so thin. I just wanted to make sure because no one else had a hole like that.

Has anyone had any luck filling a factory rmm with polyurethane. I like the look of the ford rmm aluminum hardware over the stampd steel Mazda. It's just the rubber in the ford rmm that seems to be garbage/inadequate correct?

The part number for the mazdaspeed rmm is known but does anyone know the cost for the stock ford rmm? (Yes I realize I can just go to the ford dealer with my vin number)

Agreed. Its retarded expensive.

BUT it has an educational video similar to the Cobb motormount video.

The video freaks me out. Shows the engine with the stock mount moving like 5/8" . Then with their mount moving like 1/4". Granted they dont show the movement with other mounts like the mazdaspeed or the CFM but over a half inch of engine movement in a FWD is complete garbage.

The RMM almost needs a supplementary damper of some sort.

The CFM RMM seem to be sold out.
