Installing Coil Over Springs

I picked up a set of adjustable springs yesterday for a good price, but they dont come with instructions for installation. I have the knowledge to do the work, but I am unsure of how these kits are installed. Does anyone have or know of a write up for putting adjustable springs on stock suspension for a ZX3? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Justin

Post up a pic of the springs and the adjusters. Chances are theyre really cheap ebay garbage with unknown spring rates and quality. At any rate, you dont want to put those on stock struts. You'll bounce around like crazy

Im pretty sure they are. I bought them from another member on here on Sunday. Ive been reading that some bounce around and some people get lucky and they dont. I have a spare set of struts that I was going to attempt to install them on so I dont mess up my new struts.
