Just compared a ZX3 side rear glass. 2.2 lbs for Lexan, 6 lbs for glass. I'm sure the rear glass would be more remarkable, as would the door glass as they are larger. We drill a bunch of holes, countersink them, use a flat head screw (like this ), plastic nuts (to avoid overtorqueing) and a bit of sealant.
