Realistically, without major work, you won't see that to the wheels. As mentioned though, these cars aren't really all about peak power. I'd start with the tune, header and catback (along with some suspension work, as well as new bushings everywhere you feel capable of replacing them). And to answer someone's questions above, I'm not sure if anyone in the states went over 200whp, but the Zetec has been around Europe forever. I KNOW they have gone north of 200whp across the pond...
