Hood lift supports
Didn't somebody install lift supports into their hood so they didn't have to use the prop rod on an MK2?
I cannot for the life of me find the thread! |

Damn I was hoping somebody just found ones that could be modded to work. Rock auto sells the lift supports for like $6-10 a piece depending on vehicle. $85 is a little crazy! |

well remember that is a full kit to do the job. you don't have to make your own stuff. you pay for convienence.
