Noise and vibration

2002 focus SE

With engine at idle there is a really profone vibration you can feel both in the steering wheel and the seat of your pants.

There maybe more then one thing going on here, there is also a mild clacking noise from the valve cover area. But not enough to say it is a rocker arm.

I have checked the motor mounts and they seem to be good. Not much movement of the engine.

There is no check engine light and seems to run ok other then the vibration.

Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
