Yeah, comes and goes on mine also. I'm saving up for shocks- when I do those, I already have the strut bearings in boxes to be installed.

Reviving an old thread, but I've had this problem in my 03 SVT and it got much worse the past few days. Had wifey turn the wheel, and noticed that the steering rack was moving where it mounts to the chassis. Looks like the bolt that holds it tight is pretty loose, so going to lift her up tomorrow and see if the bushings are bad as well.
